Refund Policy

At The Art of Order, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, professional organising services. Your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Service Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for services already completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns and arrange a follow-up session where appropriate.

 

2. Prepaid Packages

  • For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be refunded (minus any services already delivered) if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the next scheduled session.

 

3. Product Purchases

  • Products purchased through us can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Custom or special-order products are non-refundable unless faulty.

 

4. Cancellations

  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
