At The Art of Order, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, professional organising services. Your satisfaction is important to us.
1. Service Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services already completed.

If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns and arrange a follow-up session where appropriate.
2. Prepaid Packages

For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be refunded (minus any services already delivered) if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the next scheduled session.
3. Product Purchases

Products purchased through us can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom or special-order products are non-refundable unless faulty.
4. Cancellations

Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
